What is an AI operation?

An AI operation is one successful AI action your team triggers from the inbox: Suggest Reply, Summarize Conversation, Improve Reply, Change Tone, Fix Spelling & Grammar, Suggest Labels, or Follow-up Suggestion. See AI features in Synkra Chat.

What is a notification email?

A notification email is one outbound email Synkra sends on your behalf. Today that means conversation transcripts, sent automatically when a conversation is resolved or manually by an agent.

AI operations and notification emails: the corresponding feature pauses until your billing period resets, you upgrade, or you buy an add-on pack. Your inbox keeps working normally, you can still receive and send customer messages.

Add-on packs

Add-on packs are available for messages, AI operations, and notification emails. Message packs start at R50 for 5,000 messages. AI operation and notification email packs both start at R50 for 1,000 credits. All packs never expire and are used only after your plan’s included allowance runs out.

Extra seats

R69/seat/month. Granted immediately, with no charge at purchase. Billed starting at your next renewal.

Extra storage

Each plan includes a storage allowance. When it’s used up, new uploads pause until you buy extra storage or upgrade your plan. Nothing is charged automatically: you choose when to buy. Extra storage is R30/GB.

Buying AI credits

You can buy extra AI credits any time from Settings → Billing → AI Credits. Click the buy button and you’re taken to Paystack to pay. Credits you buy never expire and are used after your monthly allowance runs out.
