What’s a canned response?
Section titled “What’s a canned response?”A saved reply template. Insert it while replying with / plus its shortcode. Settings → Canned Responses.
What’s a macro?
Section titled “What’s a macro?”A bundle of actions run with one click (reply + label + resolve, for example). Settings → Macros.
Difference between the two?
Section titled “Difference between the two?”Canned response = text only. Macro = text plus other actions at once.
Can I use variables in a canned response?
Section titled “Can I use variables in a canned response?”Yes, like the contact’s name, personalizing automatically.
