Automation rules
Not to be confused with Automations. Automation rules are simple if-this-then-that rules. No AI or credits are involved.
What can a rule do?
Section titled “What can a rule do?”Trigger on events (new conversation, new message, etc.) and act (assign, tag, change priority). Settings → Automation.
Example rule?
Section titled “Example rule?”“When a new conversation comes in on Sales, assign to the Sales team and label it ‘new-lead’.”
Do these cost extra?
Section titled “Do these cost extra?”No. Included on every plan, no credits used.
Can I combine rules with the AI Agent?
Section titled “Can I combine rules with the AI Agent?”Yes, they operate independently.
