What does “availability” control?
Section titled “What does “availability” control?”Online/Away/Offline status. It affects capacity-based auto-assignment if enabled.
What does “Mark offline automatically” do?

Keyboard shortcuts?

Profile Settings?
Section titled “Profile Settings?”Name, display name, email, avatar, message signature, and marketing email preference.
What’s “Change appearance”?
Section titled “What’s “Change appearance”?”Light, dark, or system theme. It’s personal and doesn’t affect what others see.
