Can I send marketing email to my own customers?
Section titled “Can I send marketing email to my own customers?”Yes, with a separate consent field per contact. The underlying fields exist; getting proper consent and providing unsubscribe is your responsibility as the business relationship owner.
Marketing vs. transactional?
Section titled “Marketing vs. transactional?”Transactional is operationally necessary and always sent. Marketing is promotional and opt-in. Unsubscribing from one never affects the other.
